Concept storyboard for the main titles sequence for the CBeebies show 'The Furchester Hotel'.

For titles to The Furchester Hotel my idea was to take the viewer on a awe inspiring and magical adventure through the halls of the famous hotel, as if seen through the eyes of our 3 1/2 year old hero, Elmo. The sequence would of started with Elmo arriving at the hotel for the very first time and then being taken on first guided tour around the hotel. Elmo would be led around the hotel by the three main characters Phoebe, Elmo's older cousin, and Furgus and Funella the owners of the illustrious hotel. As we travel through the halls we would be introduced to the wide varity of fuzzy monsters, animals and vegtables staying at the hotel as well as the local chef Cookie Monster.

The sequence would of been shot as live action piece, utilising the skills and comedic timing of the puppetiers, as well as filming on the set of the hotel to keep it in keeping with the look of the show. We were also going to add in a combination of mixed media and traditonal animation to add a extra layer of colour and energy to the sequence. We were also tasked with coming up with concepts for the exterior of the hotel as well as logos for show.
